Adam “Trout” Traubman is an avid fisherman, surfer, home chef and family man. He loves to make food, write about food, eat food and hunt for his food which all bring equal parts of stoke to his life. While living in Hawaii he earned recognition as one of the pioneers of kayak fishing and carried that passion with him over the Pacific and onto the waters of San Diego. Adam is well traveled and has a respect and understanding of many cultures. This allows him to talk story and blend in with most any crowd that he finds himself in the middle of.
