We ship domestic orders for in-stock products within 72 hours after purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for credit or exchange only. All returns must be sent to us within 7 days after purchase. Soiled, used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping, via insured courier. Ono Yum is not responsible for lost shipments. If you decide you would like to exchange your order, please contact [email protected] indicating your order number and reason for exchanging the item. We will process your exchange upon receipt of your original order. Shipping charges for exchanged items are your responsibility.
